At The Bearded Butchers, we stand behind the quality of our seasonings and sauces, though due to the perishable nature of food products, we can only accept returns on unopened non-perishable items and hardware within 30 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and not a perishable food product, as these items are final sale for safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damage to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
