How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your seasonings and sauces gluten-free?
Yes, our entire line of Bearded Butcher Blend seasonings and most of our sauces are gluten-free and contain no MSG, ensuring a clean and natural flavor.
Do you ship perishable meat products internationally?
Currently, we only ship our fresh and frozen meat products within the contiguous United States to ensure product safety and quality. Seasonings and apparel can be shipped internationally.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on seasonings or meat. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How are the meat products packaged for shipping?
Our meats are vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they remain at safe temperatures throughout the transit process.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, as soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
